Villa Por do Sol is a brand new deluxe 4 bedroom villa, fully air-conditioned with a large private heated pool. The villa comprises of a lovely entrance hall, leading off from this is a cloakroom. Double doors lead from the hall into the living area with a central fireplace feature, TV, DVD and satellite television.

There's plenty of seating for all the family on the luxury leather suite. The dining table also has seating for 8 people, there are patio doors leading out to the terrace which leads down to the pool. The terrace on this level is gated with a lockable gate for child safety, stopping children from getting down the outside stairs to the pool.
Also on this level you have a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and patio doors out to the terrace with garden views. The kitchen also located on the ground level is well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and all modern appliances; the kitchen patio doors lead you out to the terrace with outdoor dining furniture and a built in BBQ for some lovely al fresco dining.

Upstairs there are 2 further bedroom suites. The master bedroom has a double bed and full bathroom with patio doors out to a large terrace with great views over towards the countryside; the second bedroom upstairs is a twin room also with a full bathroom and patio doors out to the terrace with seating areas.

The lower ground level of this villa is where you will find the 4th bedroom a twin room which is best suited for children or teenagers as its located in the same area as the games room with table tennis, table football and a few pieces of gym equipment (cross trainer and a rowing machine) there is also a full bathroom down here.

The pool terrace is equipped with plenty of sunloungers around the large heated swimming pool.

The villa is situated on the hill above the Meia Praia, the Marina which is only a few minutes drive away offers a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge from the Marina and you are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, offering a large variety of restaurants, bars, cafe, shopping and markets.

The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is also under a 5-minute drive, with a variety of water sports activities available.
Palmares, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 15 minute drive away.

For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30-minute drive
