As extreme weather events become more prevalent in the UK we often fi nd ourselves coping with a surge of jobs that require additional resource. And that’s where you come in.

Our Flexi-Techs will increase our capacity and capability to deal with times of pressure. For example, during the winter we are traditionally very busy and there is more work for the Flexi-Techs. As a fully trained but part-time Polygon technician, you will be contacted to see if you are available to work at short notice, which allows the job to fit around your commitments.

This rewarding role which helps to get people’s lives back on track by restoring their homes and businesses, is an ideal opportunity for anyone wanting a second income or some extra money to supplement a pension.

What we need from you…

You will need to have all the same attributes as a regular Polygon technician. Physically fit, you will be a self-motivated team player who is a good communicator and open to change. You must have a full, clean driving licence and be familiar with using laptops and smart phones.

What you will receive in return…

• Comprehensive paid training over two months of which nine days is classroom based
• Minimum of one or two days’ working per month dependant on need and your ability
to work – more days available if wanted
• Circa £20,000 FTE
• Holidays to be added pro rata at an annual full time rate of 28 days
