The ONLY Disposable Respirators Proven 99.99% Effective in Stopping Viruses
Safe Life / Triosyn® is a new generation of disposable respirators and are the only ones scientifically proven to stop 99.99% of both airborne and droplet viruses, (based on independent test results obtained under specific controlled laboratory conditions).
Using a patented demand-release technology embedded in the filtration media, these respirators provide protection against harmful microorganisms. This technology increases the electrostatic charge on filtration fibres of the respirator, maintaining the effectiveness of the capture and retention of microorganisms for up to 8 hours.
Conventional disposable respirators were created to protect workers from industrial dust and particulates. After years of use in industry, they were introduced into the healthcare environment to provide protection for caregivers exposed to pulmonary tuberculosis. Since tuberculosis bacilli measures 1-10 microns, these respirators can be effective filtering devices.
But an average sneeze produces about 500,000 droplets while a cough may produce over 1,000 droplets. These droplets rapidly travel extensive distances. These small size airborne particles, are often not captured by most disposable respirators.
Recognising the need for better airborne protection, an international team of microbiologists, toxicologists, chemists and engineers created these antimicrobial disposable respirators Safe Life disposable respirators provide continuous protection by featuring a virtually impenetrable barrier for viruses.
A multi-layer system, impregnated with patented Triosyn® iodine-polymer resin compound, creates increased electrostatic charges that attract and stop viruses more efficiently, preventing their migration into the wearer's breathing zone.
Triosyn® disposable respirators exceed CDC (Centers for Disease Control) and WHO (World Health Organization) guidelines for the use of N95 respirators during exposure to airborne infectious microorganisms such as the avian influenza virus, SARS Coronavirus and the tuberculosis bacilli (Mycobacterium tuberculosis).
