World champion supports Air Ambulance

Sally Gunnell steps up
International athlete Sally Gunnell OBE
stepped up to support her local Air
Ambulance service in Brighton last month.
Sally, who retired from athletics
in 1997 is still the only woman in history to hold all four major track titles concurrently - Olympic,World,
European and Commonwealth and a 400 metres
hurdles world record. Sally filmed a piece in a DVD for the Sussex Air Ambulance.
The filming which took place in the opulent surroundings of the music room at the Royal Pavilion was for a DVD promoting an International Aero Medical
Congress being hosted by the charity in Brighton in 2011.
Sally said 'I am very pleased to have been able to support the Sussex Air Ambulance. They do a fantastic job, and
as a local resident, I am reassured
to know that such a service exists in the county.' Airmed attracts a worldwide
