An East of England Ambulance Service emergency operations call handler has recently been commended for her exemplary compliance to AMPDS.
Yvonne Mittins, who has worked for the trust for the last two years has successfully achieved silver certification to AMPDS. Simon King, assistant general manager in the Bedford HEOC, presented Yvonne with her certificate, said: "It was a pleasure to pass on the certificate to Yvonne. She is an outstanding call handler and a key member of staff in the operations centre. We are delighted that her high standards and hard work have been recognized, well done"
