Prince harry says thanks to Salford ambulance crews

Prince. He said: "It was an honour to meet the prince. We don't often get recognition for the work we do but he took a real interest in our work."
Darren Hurrell said: "We're delighted and extremely honoured that Prince Harry took time out to come and speak to our staff following their efforts during the disturbances in Manchester, Salford and Toxteth.
"Our staff demonstrated professionalism and commitment to the public throughout and it's very much appreciated, by all at North West Ambulance Service, that this has been recognised by His Royal Highness."
Prince Harry expressed his thanks for the dedication shown by all involved.
The visit was part of a tour of the emergency services in Salford which also saw the Prince visit Greater Manchester Police and Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service.
